What: Musclebuilding, fat-loss, sport specific strength training, functional training, skin fold measurement and bodyweight check-up every 3 weeks

How: Personal Training, Group Training (max 10 people)

Price: 75CHF/hour (Personal Training), 500CHF/hour (Group Training/10people->50CHF/Person), 60-100CHF individual training plan/training phase, 50% discount for students and everyone under age 23

Who: Combat athletes, track and field athletes, team sports (football, basketball, volleyball, american football, rugby, ice hockey), olympic weightlifter, powerlifter, bodybuilder, bobsled
